Kuzbass and the Russian Export Center have signed an agreement on the digital development of export support. Regional measures are planned to be transferred online to the My Export platform and integrated with the services of the Kuzbass Export Support Center so that businesses receive support in a "one-stop shop." Additionally, the focus is on expanding the participation of companies in the "Made in Russia" program, and preferential loans of up to 5 million rubles are provided for manufacturers

What is changing in the work of support

  1. Implementation of the Digital Standard. Regional support measures are being transferred to an online format on the My Export platform. For companies, this means a more transparent path: a clear set of steps, uniform requirements for applications, and less time for approvals.
  2. A seamless environment between the federal and regional circuits. When services and consultations do not live in different systems, businesses receive faster support for an export project, from preparation to market entry.
  3. Increased participation in the "Made in Russia" program. This is about export marketing packaging and the systematic promotion of the region's products under the national brand. In an environment where competition in foreign markets is increasingly driven not only by price, but also by trust in origin and quality, such a "sign" works as an accelerator of negotiations.

A separate practical block is access to loans for companies with "Made in Kuzbass" and "Made in Russia" quality marks: up to 5 million rubles, for a period of up to 36 months, at a rate of 5-15% per annum. This is an important link: support encourages not just exports "as a fact", but exports with a proven quality base and certification.

Digitalization of export support is not "about user—friendliness." This is about the speed of decision-making in foreign economic activity: when an application for compensation, certification, promotion or training passes faster, the company can enter into a contract earlier and turn over capital faster. And in 2026, the speed and predictability of processes will become a competitive advantage along with logistics and price.

For the Kuzbass regional business, the effect can manifest itself in three metrics:

  • reducing the time from the export idea to the first transaction (due to a clear roadmap and services in one place);
  • lower transaction costs (less "manual" bureaucracy and duplication of documents);
  • the growth of the share of companies that export systematically — through training, certification, brand and financial instruments.
