On February 26, 2026, two key selections for compensation of transportation costs for export products will be opened on the My Export digital platform. The format of the application campaign is based on an electronic contour: submission of documents, verification and notifications go through the platform, which speeds up work with packages and reduces the number of manual procedures.
The first track refers to industrial products and is focused on a wide range of industries. The calendar shows the deadline for accepting applications from February 26 to March 23, 2026. For most industries, the stated level of support is up to 60% of the actual costs incurred. For individual timber industry supplies, special conditions apply for the share of compensation. The limits include a limit of 200 million rubles per organization and a limit on the maximum amount of support relative to the cost of delivered products for the period.
The second track concerns agricultural products. The deadline for accepting applications is set for February 26, 2026 at 09:00 (Moscow time). Compensation is claimed in the range from 25% to 100% of the actual costs incurred for transporting agricultural and food products to the final buyer. Applications are accepted until August 1, 2026 at 18:00 (Moscow time). The selection conditions also specify the delivery periods for which costs are accepted.
For exporters, this support measure solves the problem of managing logistics costs. In 2026, transportation costs continue to shape the competitiveness of contracts in friendly destinations, where customers look closely at CIF and DAP pricing, delivery times, and chain sustainability. Compensation makes it possible to plan margins more precisely and reduce the burden on working capital, especially with long delivery leverage and seasonal peaks.
The practical preparation for the selection consists of three blocks. The first block is related to transportation documents: contracts, closing acts, payment confirmations, routes, and links to specific shipments. The second block relates to the confirmation of product parameters and export shipment, including the correctness of information on the cost of delivery and the period. The third block concerns the digital circuit: access to "My Export", a valid signature and internal approval rules so that the package leaves without delay.
Companies that prepare documents in advance receive a calm filing rate and less risk of refunds for revision. In 2026, selections will become a separate discipline of export management, alongside logistics planning, contract work, and foreign exchange earnings.
