"Chinese Business Seasons 2026" in Moscow: business discussed calculations, logistics and projects within the framework of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative
Against the background of the end of the autumn season, the FTL freight market showed a complete balance between supply and demand for the first time in a long time.

In the last week of October 2025, the full-load vehicle (FTL) market in Russia reached a unique equilibrium. According to the Atrax analytical service, the value of their key indicator dropped to 0 points for the first time in a long time. This signals that the demand for transportation has completely matched the supply — a rare and significant event in the logistics industry.

The indicator showed a decrease of 12 points compared to the previous week and 37 points compared to a month ago. The reason for this dynamic was the completed autumn peak of activity: cargo volumes are gradually decreasing, while at the same time the number of available vehicles is decreasing.

The situation reflects a typical seasonal cycle. In October and the first half of November, there is a decline in business activity, companies are completing quarterly logistics cycles, and the need for transportation is temporarily decreasing. This leads to a natural stabilization between transportation requests and the number of available vehicles.

Experts emphasize that such a balance in the FTL market is a temporary phenomenon. Already in the second half of November, an increase in activity is predicted in connection with preparations for the New Year season. Increased supply volumes and seasonal promotions by retail chains usually raise demand for transportation, which affects both rates and transport shortages.

The Atrax indicator is becoming a key tool for monitoring market dynamics. It allows participants in the logistics sector to make timely decisions: plan a tariff policy, optimize a fleet, or schedule downloads. This is especially true in conditions of unstable macroeconomics and constant fluctuations in demand.

The indicator is expected to start growing again in the coming weeks, reflecting the approach of the high season. This will be a reason for logistics companies to review their strategies and prepare for an increase in the flow of orders.
