When delivery stops being a problem: As one of the largest e-commerce companies in Russia, it has reduced logistics costs by 15% thanks to cooperation with Gruzovichkof.

In the face of fierce competition in the express delivery market, even minor disruptions in logistics can result in serious losses. One of the leading Russian e-commerce services encountered this problem when attempts to arrange transportation of equipment on its own led to delays, damage to equipment and unstable costs. It was then that the company turned to Gruzovichkof, a service specializing in cargo transportation with an individual approach.

The main challenge was the prompt delivery of electric scooters, bicycles, batteries and accessories between regions — up to 150 shipments per month. Previously, we worked with many contractors, but this led to constant logistical disruptions. Courier delays slowed down delivery to customers, and damaged equipment required expensive repairs.

The Gruzovichkof team proposed a system solution: an individual tariff plan was implemented for different types of cargo, which made it possible to predict costs. The company has also allocated a separate transport column equipped with specialized equipment for the careful transportation of fragile machinery. The drivers received special training, and a personal account manager took over control of the entire supply chain.

The results were not long in coming: already in the first months, logistics costs decreased by 15%, the number of damages decreased to almost zero, and courier productivity increased by 10% due to the uninterrupted supply of equipment.

This case became a vivid example of how an individual approach in logistics can not only solve current problems, but also become a strategic advantage for a business. As Ekaterina Mukhina, the company's commercial director, noted, there are no universal solutions — only a deep understanding of the client's needs leads to real results.

Cooperation with Gruzovichkof allowed the e-commerce service to focus on development, putting logistics in safe hands.
