Starting from October 1, SDEK will increase shipping rates by an average of 11%. The increase is due to an increase in operating costs and will affect certain areas within Russia.

Starting from October 1, 2025, the logistics company SDEK will begin to apply new delivery tariffs, the press service of the organization reports. On average, the cost of services will increase by 11%, although the exact percentage will depend on the destination, type of service, weight of cargo and delivery conditions.

The company explains the price change by an increase in operating expenses, including labor, fuel costs, rent, as well as an increase in the cost of borrowed loans. In particular, the increase will affect the Combined Cargo service for a number of routes within the country, including from the Central, Southern, Siberian Federal Districts and the Kemerovo Region to the Stavropol Territory.

Earlier, major marketplaces Ozon and Wildberries took similar steps by raising shipping rates. Analysts attribute these changes to an increase in the cost of logistics services, an increase in salaries amid a shortage of personnel, as well as an increase in infrastructure development costs, such as the construction of new warehouse complexes, which require significant investments.

Market experts emphasize that tariff increases against the background of high inflation and falling consumer activity may lead to a decrease in the number of orders, especially in the segment of small businesses and individual entrepreneurs working through marketplaces. However, for large players with well-established logistics, price changes are likely to be a manageable factor.

SDEK remains one of the leaders of the logistics market in Russia, providing delivery services both within the country and abroad. The company regularly adapts its tariff schedule in response to economic changes in order to maintain the sustainability of the business and the level of service. The company stressed that even after the price revision, they intend to maintain competitive market conditions.

It is expected that tariff changes will be noticeable from the beginning of October, and customers will receive appropriate notifications with specific calculations depending on routes and selected delivery parameters.
