The Russian Railways-Partner Documents magazine has published a new electronic issue with up-to-date regulations and decisions important for participants in the transport industry.

The latest issue of the electronic magazine "Russian Railways-Partner Documents", one of the key sources of legal and regulatory information for specialists in the transport industry, has been published. The electronic number, serial number 1121, is already available to subscribers and contains a selection of current government decisions, resolutions and orders related to the regulation of rail and transit transportation.

Among the most significant documents of the publication is Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2860—r dated October 14, 2025, approving the signing of an agreement with Kazakhstan on the development of cooperation in the field of transit transportation and transshipment of export goods to third countries. This document will be an important step in strengthening cooperation between the countries and increasing the transport potential of the Eurasian region.

In addition, the issue published the decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 84, which establishes the procedure for tracking shipments using navigation seals under the EAEU agreement. This mechanism allows for transparency and security of cargo movement, as well as reducing the number of logistical risks.

The magazine also contains the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1610 dated October 16, 2025, which introduces temporary restrictions on the export of certain types of fertilizers. This step is aimed at stabilizing the domestic market and ensuring the priority supply of the domestic agro-industrial complex.

According to the editorial board, Russian Railways-Partner Documents remains an indispensable tool for logistics specialists, transport companies, lawyers and analysts who monitor changes in legislation and regulations governing the transport industry. The publication is published in two formats — printed and electronic. The paper version is published 24 times a year, including 10 double issues, and the electronic version is published weekly, which allows readers to keep up to date with all updates.

Subscribers get access not only to official documents, but also to expert comments, analytical reviews, and Russian Railways telegrams. You can subscribe on the publication's website or by calling the editorial office, as well as using an online one-click application.

Thanks to a systematic approach to the collection and analysis of regulatory information, Russian Railways-Partner Documents helps specialists adapt to changes in legislation in a timely manner, build a business strategy and predict the impact of new solutions on logistics processes.
