Bulk shipments from China are becoming a popular logistics solution for small businesses: legally, profitably, and transparently. This delivery format helps entrepreneurs to abandon "gray schemes" and reduce costs.

In 2025, small and medium-sized businesses in Russia are increasingly using bulk shipments to deliver goods from China. This logistics format allows you to import small batches of products legally, without unnecessary expenses and with full transparency at every stage.

The essence of combined transportation is simple: cargoes from different customers are combined into one transport unit — be it a sea container, a truck or an air shipment. After arrival in Russia, the shipments are separated and delivered to the recipients. The formats include LCL (by sea or by rail), LTL (by road) and aircraft consolidation.

For small businesses, this approach has a number of obvious advantages. Firstly, it allows you to order small volumes without having to rent an entire container, which significantly reduces the financial burden. Secondly, it is flexible: an entrepreneur can promptly test a new product, launch a trial delivery, or receive samples.

Another key advantage is full legality. Unlike the gray schemes, all the rules are followed here: correct HS codes, proper documentation, mandatory cargo insurance and customs clearance. The whole process is transparent, from consolidation and repackaging in a Chinese warehouse to turnkey delivery to a Russian address.

Each unit of cargo is assigned a unique ID, photofixation, accurate measurement and labeling are carried out. This approach eliminates the loss of control and increases trust in the logistics chain. Additionally, product inspection, repackaging and labeling services are offered.

Combined cargoes provide a wide range of routes, from sea delivery to Vladivostok followed by railway transportation, to direct delivery via Mongolia or Kazakhstan. In case of urgent need, air delivery is possible.

However, there are limitations: bulk shipments are not suitable for dangerous and perishable goods, and they also require increased attention to packaging. In addition, the delivery time may be longer due to the consolidation phase.

Nevertheless, it is a strategically beneficial tool for small businesses. It allows you to flexibly manage supplies, save resources, and work within the law. More and more entrepreneurs are choosing this format, rejecting risks and informal channels.

In today's world, where control, security and transparency are becoming key requirements, bulk shipments are becoming a logistics standard that is also accessible to small businesses. Thanks to a comprehensive turnkey approach, they allow even small companies to build efficient and legal supply chains from China.
