The My Business ecosystem has become a key source of information for small and medium-sized businesses in Russia, combining the federal portal, regional support centers, social networks and digital media projects. Today, through this infrastructure, entrepreneurs receive operational data on government support, legislative changes and business development practices, which allows them to make informed management decisions in a changing economy.

The Russian Ministry of Economic Development has built a large-scale information ecosystem for small and medium-sized businesses, which today has become one of the key sources of operational and reliable data for entrepreneurs across the country. Through the federal portal "My Business", regional websites of Support Centers, social networks, special media projects and the SME platform.Russian business receives information about legislative changes, government support measures, and significant events on the economic agenda.

The system is aimed not only at a mass audience, but also at priority social groups and industries. For this purpose, specialized channels have been created, including "Mama Entrepreneur" and "Silver Start", which provide direct and accessible communication with the target audience and take into account the specifics of different stages of the entrepreneurial path.

According to Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Tatyana Ilyushnikov, the ecosystem actively combines traditional and digital formats of interaction with business.:

"The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia uses both traditional communication channels and new formats. Today, our information ecosystem has 6.6 million users. More than 1.6 million entrepreneurs receive up—to-date information through the My Business portal and regional websites, over 1 million through social networks of Support Centers, 4 million potential and existing entrepreneurs applied for information on the SME.RF platform.

Media projects and online formats have become a separate focus. In 2025, together with TASS, the Dela Index streaming television was launched, thematic online marathons were held, and specialized channels for representatives of the creative industries were created. According to Ilyushnikova, the key goal of this work is "to provide businesses with reliable information for timely and informed management decisions."

The updated federal portal "My Business", which was upgraded in May 2025, also plays a significant role. During the year, the resource was visited by more than 900 thousand unique users, and the most popular sections were the knowledge base, support measures and news. The telegram channel "My Business - small Business" entered the top rating of the Nativity platform in the category "Government and Business", which confirms the high level of audience engagement and trust.

Online marathons have become one of the most notable information support tools. In 2025, four such events took place, which in total attracted the attention of about 1.5 million users. The topics covered creative industries, marketing, next-generation team management, financial planning, taxation, and business digitalization. A special emphasis was placed on the automation of processes and practical cases of entrepreneurs.

Regular educational formats are also developing in parallel. Webinars held at the federal and regional levels are devoted to the most pressing issues, including tax changes and state support measures, which allows entrepreneurs to quickly adapt to new conditions.

An important element of the ecosystem is the online business broadcasting channel "Business Index for My Business", launched in October. It broadcasts around the clock, taking into account all time zones of Russia and already covers more than 40 regions. TASS economic reports are broadcast over 80 times a day.

TASS CEO Andrey Kondrashov noted the importance of the project:

"One of the key tasks of TASS is to create a unified information space in the country and strengthen ties between different territories. Our joint project provides millions of entrepreneurs with timely and verified information about government support measures and key events every day."

Information resources for creative industries, launched within the framework of the Creative Code Forum in St. Petersburg, became an additional impetus for development. These platforms are focused on the exchange of experience, the dissemination of industry expertise and the development of interregional cooperation, creating a sustainable environment for the growth of the creative economy.
