The BRICS+ countries receive a new international platform for the exchange of best practices in the field of artificial intelligence. The AI Success Hub system, which was launched by the International AI Alliance Network and the Global Alliance for AI in Industry and Manufacturing under the leadership of UNIDO, was presented at the Artificial Intelligence Journey 2025 conference. Sberbank announced the development.
As the initiators explain, the platform is designed to combine successful cases of artificial intelligence implementation in different sectors of the economy and make them accessible to partner countries. According to Alexander Vedyakhin, Chairman of the AI Alliance's Supervisory Board, the AI Success Hub will allow governments and businesses to explore proven solutions in one place, which will accelerate technology adaptation and scaling.
Currently, the platform features about 80 examples of AI implementation from almost 30 countries. The framework includes projects that have proven their effectiveness in industry, medicine, agriculture, education and public administration. The AI Success Hub is expected to become a tool for international cooperation and the promotion of practical solutions applicable to the BRICS+ markets.
The topic of technological sovereignty also became a key one the day before. President Vladimir Putin said that generative artificial intelligence is a strategic direction, and Russia is obliged to ensure independence from foreign AI models. He stressed the importance of developing our own digital infrastructure and minimizing the risks of critical dependency.
The AI Success Hub fits into a global task — the formation of a sustainable ecosystem of artificial intelligence, in which the countries of the Global South will be able to regulate access to innovation and create joint technological solutions. The platform also supports the strategy of expanding BRICS+ cooperation in high-tech areas where AI plays a key role.
Thus, the launch of the AI Success Hub can be a significant step towards creating a common technological space, as well as accelerate the development of applied projects in demand by the countries of the association.
