The Russian Railways Partner has published a new issue of documents with important solutions for the transport industry
For all those who follow regulatory changes in the transport sector, the latest issue of the electronic magazine "Russian Railways-Partner Documents" has been published. This is the 1121st issue in the series and one of the most extensive in terms of content: it includes key government regulations and orders related to logistics, transit and export supplies.
Among the most significant materials is the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2860—r, signed on October 14, 2025. It concerns the signing of an intergovernmental agreement between Russia and Kazakhstan on the development of cooperation in the field of rail transit and transshipment of goods for export. This agreement creates a new regulatory framework for deepening the integration of logistics routes between the two countries.
The journal also presents the decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 84 dated September 23, 2025. The document concerns the implementation of a navigation seal system within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union to track the movement of goods. This measure is designed to enhance transparency and control in logistics operations.
Equally important is the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1610 dated October 16, 2025. It refers to the introduction of temporary restrictions on the export of certain types of fertilizers, reflecting the government's desire to control strategic resources in an unstable foreign economic situation.
