New refund rules on marketplaces: what every customer should know now
Baikal Service has expanded the possibilities of delivering goods on the Ozon marketplace according to the RealFBS scheme. Sellers can now automate logistics and control orders from their own warehouse.

Baikal Service Transport Company has announced the expansion of cooperation with Ozon within the framework of the RealFBS logistics scheme. Now marketplace sellers can select a carrier in their personal account through the Ozon Partners section, which provides new advantages when delivering goods from their own warehouse directly to the buyer.

The essence of the RealFBS scheme is that the seller stores products in his warehouse, and delivery is carried out by the selected transport company. This format is especially relevant for bulky or low-liquid goods that are impractical to place in the warehouses of the marketplace itself. As noted by Valery Nikulin, head of delivery to the marketplaces of Baikal-Service TK LLC, the volume of such shipments has almost doubled in the first six months of 2025.

The partnership with Ozon provides for two interaction options: "Integrated Service" and "Ozon Partners". The first format is suitable for experienced sellers, for whom it is important to maintain control over the process and respond promptly to changes — for example, redirect the product if the buyer refuses. The second option, launched in October 2025, provides full automation of logistics processes.: The system generates requests by itself, generates track numbers, and synchronizes order statuses with Baikal Service.

This approach is especially convenient for large-scale sellers working with a large volume of shipments. The ease of connection and management of shipping costs make the RealFBS scheme more and more attractive. The seller can independently set up the conditions, share the cost of delivery with the buyer and choose the optimal terminals among 139 branches of the transport company throughout the country and the CIS.

In addition, sellers remain flexible: they can use branded packaging, ship products upon order and not keep unnecessary leftovers in stock. All this helps to reduce operating costs and speeds up the delivery process.

The integration of Baikal Service with Ozon is a step towards a more technological and customer—oriented sales model, where logistics becomes the seller's competitive advantage rather than his headache.
