Integrated logistics in Russia is gaining momentum: demand has increased by 30% since the beginning of the year
According to the results of the first nine months of 2025, the experts of the Business Lines group of companies recorded a significant increase in demand for complex logistics services — by almost a third. The analysis showed that the fastest growth in order volumes occurred in Yekaterinburg (+49%), Krasnodar (+43%), Moscow and Novosibirsk (+32% each), as well as Samara (+29%).
The key customers are large and medium-sized enterprises that actively work with different sales channels. They prefer operators that are able to provide a full range of logistics processes, from storage and accounting to the delivery of goods to retail outlets, marketplaces and the end user.
Business Lines notes that customers appreciate the accurate packing of orders, minimal delays at the acceptance stage and fast shipment. To optimize warehouse handling, the company implements modern solutions such as electric trolleys with extended forks, which allow moving several pallets at a time, and roller conveyors, which have reduced container unloading time by 15%.
Suppliers of household appliances, electronics, consumer goods, auto parts, and industrial equipment showed the greatest activity in the transfer of turnkey logistics in 2025. In response to the growing demand, the operator continued to expand its infrastructure: new warehouses in Mytishchi, Krasnogorsk and Belye Stolby were opened in the Moscow region, which increased the total area of integrated logistics facilities in the region to 87,000 square meters.m.
As of the end of September 2025, Business Lines operates 22 warehouses in 11 major cities across the country, providing modern logistics on an area of over 136,000 square meters.m. This growth demonstrates the increasing importance of logistics operators being able to take over the full supply chain and become a strategic business partner.
