Starlink and satellite equipment: importation without a permit is prohibited for six months
The Russian government has banned the import of electronic devices for receiving and transmitting signals from foreign satellites without special permission. The restriction applies to dual—use equipment, including Starlink terminals and their analogues. The ban has been in effect for six months, and control is assigned to the Federal Customs Service and the FSB.
