Since April 1, 2026, replenishment of the customs unified personal account by third parties has actually been closed. The new procedure for filling out payment documents by order of the Ministry of Finance No. 58n removed the details that linked the sender's payment with the obligation of another person. For participants in foreign economic activity, this changes the usual payment schemes for advances and work through intermediaries.
