Wildberries is strengthening its position in the cosmetics and perfumery segment: the marketplace has become the owner of a 100% stake in the Rive Gauche chain. The deal was a logical continuation of the strategic partnership and reflects the course towards the development of an omnichannel model combining an online platform and offline retail.
