Starting from July 1, 2026, the SPOT system is expanding: combined cargoes from the EAEU countries imported by motor transport fall under the mandatory registration of the DPP. Previously, the DPP was issued for a full car — one truck, one document. Since July, each part of the combined delivery requires a separate DPP indicating the specific vehicle and the date of import. This means that strict coordination with the transport companies is necessary in advance.

SPOT switched from test mode to operational mode on June 1, 2026. For almost two months of testing, more than 6,500 documents have passed through the system. Now there are no exceptions.: Anyone who imports goods by road from the EAEU is required to submit a DPP and receive a QR code. Without the code, the cargo is deployed at the border. Finance Minister Siluanov called SPOT a key mechanism for "whitewashing" trade with the EAEU.
