Starting from April 1, 2026, a SPOT system for preliminary confirmation of the waiting time for delivery when goods are imported from the EAEU countries by road will be launched in Russia. The importer needs to submit an additional payment in advance through the Federal Tax Service's IP, receive a QR code for the carrier, and in most cases add a security payment starting in July.
