For importers from the EAEU countries, this means the need to bring the accuracy of filling in data to automaticity even before the transition date.

Until March 1, 2027, the absence of an electronic consignment note in the GIS EPD for road cargo transportation will be limited to an oral remark. The actual sanctions will start only from March next year. The transition period is intended to give the market time to build processes. But starting from September 1, 2026, digital processing of order requests and orders to the forwarder is already mandatory.
