Astral Group specialists are deploying 1C-Reporting, 1C-EDI and 1C-EPD on the new infrastructure. Customer data is saved in full. If technical difficulties arise during the postponement, the launch will be postponed from October 14 to October 16, 2026.
Users are advised to keep all confirmations of reporting and failure notifications. These documents may be required when reviewing claims from regulatory authorities.
The failure in the Utrace HUB affected companies working with labeled products: delays affected the supply of beverages. The "Honest sign" itself — the state marking system of the CRPT — is working normally. Utrace is moving the infrastructure to alternative sites: some of the functions have already been restored, and the full service refund continues.
A separate problem arose for organizations based on the automated simplified taxation system. Erroneous personal income tax charges appeared in personal accounts, which were reflected in a single tax account, led to a negative balance and the accrual of penalties. The Federal Tax Service acknowledged the technical nature of the error and promised a recalculation. The connection of this failure with the damage to Yandex data centers has not been officially confirmed.
The OFD Platform reported on the regular operation of all services. The company checks the infrastructure and prepares a backup plan in case of increased workload.
For importers and exporters, the unavailability of 1C-EDI means direct risks: electronic shipping documents, invoices and customs declarations are transmitted through these channels. A delay in the EDI can slow down customs clearance and settlements with foreign counterparties. Before the services are fully restored, it is worthwhile to make paper copies of critical documents in advance and record the fact of failure for possible settlement of punitive claims.
