On August 14, the Federal Tax Service sorted out the reason — two blank columns in the document about the upcoming delivery. At the same time, the service reminded us about the rounding of the payment and the correct exchange rate. Until October 31, deliveries from Belarus go without collateral, but only with proper registration.
