Ozon has been selling products directly from pick-up points since September 10.
Importers and manufacturers of baby food have received a one—year delay: information on the introduction of milk porridges into circulation will be transmitted to Honest Sign from September 1, 2027, and on decommissioning from December 1, 2027. At the same time, the rules for meat products and confectionery have changed: weight can now be sewn into the code, and caramel on a stick of up to 30 grams does not need to be labeled.

The government has signed two resolutions that change the schedule and labeling rules for three product groups at once: No. 1009 dated August 13 and No. 1017 dated August 18, 2026.

The main change concerns milk porridges. Information on the commissioning and turnover of such products is transmitted to the monitoring system from September 1, 2027, and on decommissioning from December 1, 2027. We are talking about products according to codes 1901 10 000 0 and 1904 20 100 0 of the Customs Code of the EAEU and codes 10.86.10.123, 10.86.10.136 and 10.86.10.400 OKPD 2 — these are dry and ready-to-eat porridges for young children.

The question of what rules to work by has been removed separately. Some of the milk porridges were to be labeled from September 1, 2026 in the order for groceries. They were removed from these rules and transferred to the labeling of dairy products, with different requirements for the composition of the code and for the transmission of information.

The second group of changes is meat products in consumer packaging. The labeling code can now include information about the weight if it differs for different units of goods with the same code. When the product shrinks, the weight is adjusted: the INN, identification code and new weight value are sent to the Honest Sign. For manufacturers and importers of weighing products, this removes the long-standing problem of discrepancies between the code and the actual weight at the checkout.

The third is a pastry shop. One-piece spherical caramel on a stick holder weighing up to 30 grams, packed by twisting the material directly on the product, no longer needs to be marked with identification tools. The codes are 1704 HS of the EAEU and 10.82.23.129 OKPD 2. Secondary group packaging, if available, is marked in the usual manner.

What should importers do? For baby food, use the delay for setting up EDI and case accounting, without postponing integration until the summer of 2027. For meat products, update the code emission templates so that the weight field is filled in at the order stage, rather than manually added. For caramel, recalculate the order plan of the codes and transfer the labeling to the group packaging, reducing the cost of application.
