The cargo route through the Blagoveshchensk mixed checkpoint (Chinese side — Heihe) stops working on November 1. Since November 2, state control has been suspended here until the start of the ice age. Passenger traffic continues through the same crossing: since October 27, flights are operated by hovercraft.
Poyarkovo—Shunke checkpoint (Amur region) It is closed in two stages. Section No. 1 will continue to operate until November 4, and control will be suspended from November 5 until navigation resumes. Section No. 2 is open until November 5, inclusive, and will also be closed on November 6.
The Amurzet checkpoint (adjacent to Lobey) will complete the navigation period on November 3, 2026. From November 4, all types of state control will be suspended until navigation resumes. Ferry transportation of cargo vehicles through Amurzet resumed on September 11.
Passenger navigation on the Khabarovsk — Fuyuan route ended on October 29.
For shippers operating through the Amur River crossings, the closure means a forced reorientation to land border crossings — primarily Zabaikalsk — Manchuria and Pogranichny — Suifenhe — before the opening of the winter ice crossing or the resumption of navigation in the spring. The dates of the opening of the ice formation and, accordingly, the possible resumption of some directions are not specified in official reports. Participants in foreign economic activity planning deliveries through the Amur crossings in November and December should coordinate alternative routes with carriers and customs representatives in advance.
