On October 19-20, Shenzhen will host the 2026 AliExpress Annual Summit & Double 11 Merchant Conference — the annual platform summit and sellers' conference before the 11.11 sale. The venue will be the fourth pavilion of the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center in Futian district, the program runs from 09:00 to 18:00. The organizers expect more than 10,000 participants in international e-commerce. The motto of the summit is "The whole world is our market".
AliExpress will present a strategy for the coming season: which markets the platform considers to be a priority, how conditions for sellers will change, and which support programs will work before the "Double Eleven". Separate sessions are devoted to sales to Russia, Europe and Brazil, localization of business in these countries, AI tools for assortment management and promotion, development of own brands and international logistics with local order fulfillment. There will be four exhibition areas on the site: brands, countries, product categories and business services.
For Russian sellers and importers, the summit is an interesting opportunity to get answers from the platform managers directly. It is worth preparing questions in advance: are the programs available for Russia, is it possible to connect through a foreign legal entity, who is the importer for international delivery, who pays duties and organizes refunds. Commissions, advertising, storage, and refunds directly affect margins, so it's useful to find out how much of the cost is borne by the site. It is better to translate general promises of support into specifics: countries, categories, requirements for participants and terms of conditions.
The event is also suitable for finding partners. The pavilion will bring together manufacturers, brands, and e-commerce services, so a brief company presentation and WeChat contact will be useful.
Participation is free, registration is open on the events page at cifnews.com . For those traveling to the Canton Fair, it is worth considering that its first phase in Guangzhou ends on October 19, the opening day of the summit.
