Wildberries has increased the cost of the "Balance Redistribution between warehouses" service. At the request of the seller, the platform transports goods from one warehouse to another, to a place where demand is higher. Previously, 0.5% of the commission was added for this, now it is up to 3%. Six times the height.
A key detail in the accrual database. The percentage is calculated not from the value of the moved goods, but from the sales of all the seller's goods. The new tariff depends on the period of activation of the service: for activation for 90 days — 1%, for 30 days — 3%. The new prices apply to those who activate the service for the first time; for those who already have it active, the conditions are still the same.
The company itself attributed the increase to rising costs: in 2026, the marketplace increased storage limits, connected new logistics areas, and optimized processes. Market participants attribute the rise in price to fuel. Alexey Moskalenko, chairman of the APET Presidium, points to rising fuel costs, and Ilya Bukharin, founder of the Marketplace Partners Club, notes that in the summer of 2026, the problem is not only the price of gasoline, but also the difficulties in purchasing it.
This is not the only July change. Since July 7, Wildberries has reviewed commissions for a number of work models. The commission increased the most for those who use the site as a showcase, but deliver themselves or through couriers — plus 20 percentage points. For sales from its warehouse, the increase was 6 points, for storage in Wildberries warehouses — 5 points. In terms of product categories, the commissions remained the same or were reduced.
The total expenses of sellers, taking into account logistics, storage, advertising and returns, according to market participants, already reach 50-70% of revenue. Additional costs are usually passed on to the buyer, so a further increase in the cost of tariffs means an increase in prices at the showcase. At the same time, the number of legal disputes is growing: applications to Wildberries structures from January 2024 to June 2026 increased by about 8 thousand — an increase of 130%.
Sellers should recalculate the unit economy for the new tariffs: compare which is more profitable - to pay for the transfer of balances or independently distribute supplies to warehouses, and include the July increase in commissions in the price.
