Gruzovichkof shared its successful experience in logistics digitalization at the Freight Fleet & Logistics conference. The company's IT solutions have already made it possible to increase the efficiency of processes and set new standards in the industry.

On September 18, 2025, the annual Freight Fleet & Logistics conference was held in Moscow, where Gruzovichkof presented its experience in the field of digitalization of logistics processes. Dmitry Pavlov, Director of Logistics, delivered a key report, sharing the real results of implementing IT solutions into the company's operations.

According to him, by automating key processes, it was possible to achieve efficiency gains of more than 30% and reduce order processing time by 40%. Special attention was paid to the mobile application and online platform, through which customers can place orders in a matter of minutes, and the system automatically selects the most suitable driver.

The order distribution system takes into account not only geolocation, vehicle type and workload, but also the driver's level of training. More complex tasks are distributed among the most experienced performers, which increases the reliability of execution and reduces risks.

For drivers, the company has developed a Remote Control application that allows you to track orders in real time and keep in touch with the office and the client. The presence of an SOS button ensures safety in case of unusual situations.

A separate point was the discussion of the driver motivation system. It is based on ratings and key quality metrics.: from the speed of execution to customer reviews. Drivers with high scores receive bonuses, which encourages them to work responsibly.

Dmitry Pavlov emphasized that the introduction of new technologies is not a one—time action, but a strategic direction for the company's development. Gruzovichkof Service continues to invest in digital infrastructure to provide the highest level of service and set new standards in the logistics segment.
