The commission depends on the product category and the cooperation model. The premium status is assigned based on a set of business indicators, including the share of total sales on the platform.
In terms of settlement terms, Poizon offers three options: the T+7 model — payment seven days after the settlement event, weekly and monthly formats. The seller chooses a convenient cycle himself.
The operating model assumes a separation of functions: the seller manages the assortment, prices and availability of goods, while the platform takes care of card design, customer communication, packaging and promotion. Logistics allows for both options — shipment from the warehouse of the marketplace in Russia or from the warehouse of the seller himself.
Poizon (DEWU) was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Shanghai. The platform attracted the audience with prices for well-known brands: on average, 20% lower than retail prices, and the gap in individual items is greater. The site entered Russia in June 2025, the official website is thepoizon.ru .
The Russian legal entity is backed by a combination of DEVU SUPER LLC (Moscow) and Hong Kong-based Pro New World Limited. This structure is due to Western sanctions: direct work through a Chinese legal entity carries risks for the platform's partners.
At the same time, Poizon is conducting legal disputes in Russia. Chinese citizen Cai Jinshu has registered POISON LLC and the domain poizon.ru and it disputes the rights to the brand from the Chinese company of the same name. Two players with the same name work in the market in parallel, which creates a risk of confusion for sellers when concluding contracts.
There is no public registration form or acceptance of applications from Russian sellers on the website yet. Apparently, the platform is looking for partners on its own initiative — through its own managers and purchasers. Sellers who are interested in cooperation should make sure that they are interacting with thepoizon.ru , and not with a competing structure.
