Wildberries has announced compensation payments to more than 200,000 sellers of small and medium-sized businesses whose goods were damaged during UAV attacks on the logistics facilities of the site. The company calls them the most massive since the incidents. At the same time, sellers report delays in scheduled payments for goods sold — the problem covers a significant part of active sellers.

Sellers will receive notifications of funds transfer personally through the seller's portal on the day of payments. The first wave of compensation took place in July, when the platform credited funds to 88,000 sellers. The current tranche will cover all remaining affected members of the SME segment.

Wildberries links the possibility of payments, among other things, with government support measures:

"The total number of partners who will receive payments will amount to more than 200,000 sellers, which will cover all affected representatives of SMEs. These voluntary payments will be the most massive since the attacks on the company's logistics facilities."

In parallel with the announcement of compensation, tension is growing around scheduled settlements with sellers. In early September, the Union of Marketplace Sellers appealed to the government to take control of the situation with payments on the site. According to the Union, in the last week of July 2026, about 96% of sellers did not receive funds — the volume of delayed payments is estimated at at least 20 billion rubles.

Sellers record specific deadlines for delays. One of the sellers reported that the payment requested on September 7 was received only on September 17, while the funds withdrawn on August 31 are still in the "Payment is being processed" status. Other forum participants confirm similar situations with a wait of more than ten days.

The problem is not new. In May 2026, payment delays affected 76% of the site's sellers, compared to 30% a year earlier, according to the "Reconciliation Point" service (part of the GoOmni consulting company). The dynamics indicate a systemic deterioration in the calculation discipline, rather than one-time failures.

For entrepreneurs using Wildberries as a sales channel for imported goods, delays in payments create a direct burden on working capital: funds frozen on the marketplace side are not available for the purchase of the next batch from a foreign supplier. The platform announces the continuation of work on mechanisms to support sellers, but does not specify a specific time frame for the normalization of payments.
