With small resources, the company successfully coped with the growth of orders on marketplaces due to the full automation of business processes using 1C and InfoSoft.

In 2021, the SCHMIT COMPANY began selling products on marketplaces, but it faced serious difficulties at the start. The rapidly growing order flow, the lack of accurate inventory accounting, and manual management of product cards have led to disruptions, cancellations, and a decline in reputation.

The solution came in the form of automation of all key processes using the InfoSoft IT integrator. Together with the integrator, the company implemented a project to implement the "Marketplace Management in 1C" module. The project provided integration with popular platforms such as Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex.Market and even Alibaba. The main focus was on setting up balance synchronization in real time and automatically updating product cards.

The project included a phased implementation: from the preparation of technical specifications to load testing. All changes were implemented after discussion and feedback from the client's team. InfoSoft has provided a solution adapted to real business processes rather than a template.

The automation results are impressive: the number of order cancellations decreased by 85%, order processing efficiency increased to 95%, and transaction costs decreased by 60%. The increase in processing speed has become especially important: now it is 4 times higher.

The company does not stop there. The plans include expanding its presence on new marketplaces, launching a mobile application for managers, introducing demand forecasting, and even using AI for flexible pricing.

The case of SCHMIT COMPANY clearly shows that competent digitalization of processes allows not only to cope with growth, but also to turn logistics and order management into a competitive advantage.
