Ozon has reduced tariffs for sellers operating under the FBS scheme — when the seller stores the goods at home and transfers them to the site only at the time of shipment to the buyer. The new tariffs came into force on July 23, 2026.
The main change is that self—shipment to Ozon sorting centers is now free: the seller, who brings the goods to the shopping center himself, no longer pays for this service at all. The cost of shipping to pick-up points has also decreased. Separately, the departure of the Ozon courier to the seller's warehouse has fallen in price by 22%, which is important for those who are not ready to carry goods on their own and prefer a fence from their address.
In addition to a direct reduction in tariffs, the site has increased the window for the shipment of orders without penalties and surcharges for delay. They gave an additional 24 hours for shipment to the pick—up points, and from 24 to 36 additional hours for the sorting centers. This reduces the risk of incurring a delay penalty during peak periods for the seller's warehouse or transport.
The improvements are not limited to the FBS scheme. At the same time, the site introduces measures for FBO — when goods are stored and processed at the Ozon warehouse: they are valid from July 24 to September 15, 2026. The time-limited nature of these measures should be kept in mind when planning: what is beneficial today is not guaranteed to remain so after mid-September.
The tariff reduction follows the opposite trend this summer — Ozon simultaneously increases sales fees from July 31 and August 28, tightens quality document requirements, and transfers part of the analytics to a paid subscription. The reduction in FBS logistics tariffs partially compensates for the increase in commissions for those sellers who transport the goods themselves, rather than through the warehouses of the site.
Sellers on FBS should recalculate the logistics costs, taking into account the free pickup in the shopping center and the cheaper departure of the courier — the savings here may partially cover the increase in sales fees. For those who work under the FBO, it is important to note that the grace window is limited to September 15, and not to include these conditions in long-term planning without checking what will happen after that date.
