Russian companies are increasingly betting on automating business processes with the help of domestic solutions. One example is the successful case of 1C implementation in the field of online cosmetics trade.

The company, which sells foreign cosmetics, is faced with the need to quickly adapt to work on new marketplaces. Initially, the trade was conducted through Ozon, taking into account the foreign system. But with the transition to Wildberries, it became clear that a comprehensive management system was needed that could take into account the specifics of sales through different platforms.

The choice fell on 1C: Integrated Automation 2.5, a solution that fully meets business requirements: from warehouse accounting with expiration dates and cellular storage to working with commission schemes. An important advantage was the ability to account for internal transactions between legal entities through the Intercampany module without distorting financial statements.

InfoSoft, an IT integrator, was involved in the project, whose development, the Marketplace Management in 1C module, provides full integration with Wildberries and other platforms. The implementation took place in stages: installation, user configuration, adaptation of business processes, staff training.

Automation has covered key areas: procurement, warehouse, sales, finance. We have set up work with FBS and FBO orders, loading and unloading product cards, pricing and analytical reporting. The module allows you to work in a "single window" mode, where operations with several sites are combined.

The result is increased accounting accuracy, transparency of processes, and a willingness to scale the business to new trading platforms. The InfoSoft solution has become an effective tool for companies seeking digitalization and sustainable growth in the field of e-commerce.
