The summer of 2026 has accustomed sellers to the fact that tariffs are only moving up. Wildberries has gone the other way: since July 31, order processing under the FBS scheme has become cheaper. At the same time, the site rewrote the rules for redirecting supplies to its warehouses — the Penza route goes to Nikolskoye, Domodedovo-2, Kazan and Novosemeikino.

Wildberries has reduced the cost of processing goods using the FBS model since July 31. The announcement was posted on the official WB Partners channel on July 30.

FBS means that the product is stored in the seller's warehouse, and the site picks it up for a specific order. Processing is a fee for accepting and preparing such an order in the marketplace infrastructure. For sellers with a wide range and low turnover, this line is noticeable in the unit economy.: it is calculated individually and does not depend on whether the product is redeemed or returned.

The second part of the announcement concerns the logistics of supplies to the warehouses of the site itself. The rules for redirection have been updated for the Penza route: bulky goods can now be sent to Nikolskoye and Domodedovo-2, while other categories can be sent to Kazan and Novosemeikino. Redirection is used when the destination warehouse does not accept delivery or is loaded; the seller must either agree to an alternative or postpone the shipment.

Changing routes in one direction is a signal about the restructuring of the warehouse network. In July, Wildberries' logistics facilities in Kotovsk, Elektrostal and Krasnodar were out of service, and the company announced the deployment of thousands of sorting centers across the country to reduce delays. The Penza region has been involved in the same restructuring.

The downward movement of tariffs at Wildberries coincided with the cancellation of the commission increase at Ozon. Both sites reported to the Federal Antimonopoly Service on the implementation of warnings this week and refused to link the cost of logistics to the price of goods.

What the seller should do. Recalculate the cost of processing for FBS from July 31 and verify whether the margin of profitability between FBS and FBW has changed for specific SKUs. Those who ship to Penza should include four alternative addresses in the plan in advance: the shoulder to Kazan and Novosemeikino differs from the shoulder to Nikolsky and Domodedovo—2, and transportation costs for these options differ.
