"Three Keys to China": A practical conference of the Russian-Chinese Chamber on Settlements, Supply Chains and Business Relations with China will be held in Moscow on July 16-17
Calculations and logistics
One of the key blocks of the program is cross—border finance and payments in the context of 2026. The organizers promise to figure out how to make payments to China stably and without blocking — a topic that remains the most pressing for most importers. The program also includes work with sanctioned cargo in the legal field and the actual capacity of border crossings in Russia, China and Kazakhstan.
The program will also address the transition from gray logistics to formal schemes and how this decision affects small business margins. The organizers' thesis: in 2026, the winner is not the one who has a cheaper factory, but the one who competently structures cash flows.
Cultural code and negotiations
A separate section of the conference is devoted to business communication with Chinese partners: the concept of "saving face" (mianzi), the role of WeChat and video calls in building trust, the hierarchy of decision-making in Chinese companies, and how to reach the first person already at the stage of the first negotiations.
Export and promotion
Part of the program is aimed at Russian exporters: a calendar of specialized exhibitions in China, current niches, promotion tools that work today, and the transition from exporting goods to exporting technology and capital.
What the participants will receive
Five thematic blocks based on real cases, the opportunity to ask questions to practitioners and B2B networking with entrepreneurs who are already working with China.
